It is very important to us that you love your
Shimmerlings purchase. We do realize that every so often something
doesn't always work out the way it was expected. We will always
handle your return graciously and with respect. With
each online order you will receive a packing slip which may be used as
your receipt. If a purchase is made at a show or in the studio, a paper receipt
will have been given at the time of purchase. Our Customer
Service Team is just a phone call or email away (custsvc@shimmerlings.com
or 262.607.0200) for authorization of your return or any questions or
comments you may have.

For returns within 30 days of the date of purchase:
Shimmerlings will be happy issue a refund in the amount listed on your
receipt. The refund will be provided in the original form of payment.

For returns made after 30 days of the date of
purchase: Shimmerlings will gladly issue a Merchandise Coupon in the
amount listed on your receipt.
