I have been an artist
the full length of my life, with an incredibly
diverse upbringing in the art environment, and the Sidhe
realm. The
visual and decorative medium of jewelry creation is where I have
found my current life path.
My creations
are an extension of my personality in all its faceted, eclectic and
expressive style; my gift is embellishment - and I do take that
quite seriously.... I create the extraordinary from the
common place. I work with nature, found objects, vintage
pieces as well as metal clay and creations of other
arts. I have the ability to gather separate
components that may seem regular or run or the mill,
and put them together in a way that will express your very
personality! You'll know it when you see it! It
will call to you! You will not even be aware that
you needed it until it finds you.
Working
with silver, colors and significant stones I create gemstone
treasures that are meant to compliment the personality and
spirit of those who wear my work. I feel strongly that each
piece has it's rightful companion, and that they will
discover each other when the time is right. If you find
something that calls to you, please snatch it up while you
can, as I repeat very few of my creations and designs...when a treasure
has been found....it is forever out of my design repertoire.

and domestic goddess who loves to use what nature has to offer in

on all of her life experiences to accentuate her designs, she

use of natural materials, organic stones, semi-precious gemstones
and crystals, freshwater pearls as well as other raw resources is
the basis of her work. Sterling
Silver findings are utilized exclusively for its universal allure
and the luminous metaphysical influences that the mineral itself
boasts.
Her
philosophy is simply this:
Sometimes…feeling
gorgeous.…simply outweighs practicality.
It
is that belief that is
reflected in her designs. She
strives to create “any day adornment” with lasting beauty and
style that transcends the fashion fads. “Baubles that might
accompany a silk dress as easily as a pair of jeans, with equal
grace and elegance.”

What
moves me most deeply in my art, is
the delight on the fair faces of folk when they are wearing my jewelry, a
look that conveys without words that they feel most gorgeous and
sure of themselves! That they have chosen wisely and
they are certain of their treasure.
 To
that end, I will share a story....in
my not so distant travels I happened to acquaint myself with another creative individual.
After looking at all my work on display, and talking to me
for a bit, this individual told me
that she felt my creations were very much "Pixies". I found
that a bit strange at first (...you
may dare to inquire about my own Pixie when we meet!)
I asked what brought her to that
conclusion, and her answer was this: she told me that if most other jewelry was 'fairy'
jewelry (beautiful, creative and individual) then my creations were
'pixie jewelry' all of those things, but cleverness and some sass...because,
after all, a Pixie is simply a Fairy with an
attitude! I have loved her analogy from that moment on, and I
am working with my
authentic self to create the best Pixie Treasures that I am capable
