What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority, which takes 2-3 days to arrive after your order is processed, within the 50 contiguous states.

What Are Shipping Costs

Standard delivery for jewelry-only orders is 5-7 business days from time the order is place and there is a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping and handling.

We charge a flat rate whenever possible, with a minimum handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials. We do not up-charge by the dollar amount of an order, and do the best we can to only charge the minimum shipping rate. If an additional fee is required, it is due to the fact that it was a charge we incurred to deliver your order to you in a prompt manner.

If your jewelry merchandise total is over $200 we will waive the shipping and handling costs.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges. Please read our additional “International Shipping” information below.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

For all jewelry orders and smaller items, Shimmerlings attempts to process that order within 36 hours, we use USPS Priority for delivery of such items which, depending on the delivery address from the proximity of our studio, it should arrive within 2-3 days after the process is complete.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to a few international locations (Canada, Mexico and Australia) during check out the process will leave plenty of fields to extended address, once a location is chosen.

Is Your Site Secure?

Yes, At Shimmerlings we use 128-bit encryption to protect your information as it travels over the Internet. As the bulk of our orders are processed through PayPal, their secure encryption is in addition to ours.  Consumer protection laws protect our customers against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.

International Shipping

Where Do You Ship Internationally?

Shimmerlings, Inc.® orders are shipped USPS Priority.

We ship to Canada, Australia and Mexico.

International Order take approximately 6-10 days from the date the order is processed.


What Are Your International Shipping Rates?

For International orders to Australia, Canada and Mexico, the flat shipping rate is $24.00, for a Small Flat Rate Box less than 5lbs (2kg) per the United States Postal Service.

International customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.

If there are any additional fees for customs or other shipping incidentals from USPS those charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


How Do I Track My Package?

You can check your order and shipping status by checking “Track My Order” Under “My Account” Menu at the top of each page

Our shipping process includes shipping notifications from our site as well as USPS, also including links to help you track your order

If you are having an issue, please feel free to contact us during business hours, and we will be happy to check your shipment status and track packages out for delivery.

Gifts & Gift Wrapping

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

Add our Shimmerlings Signature Treasure Box to your order for $3.50 per item.
Select “Gift Wrap This Item” just under the ADD TO CART button.
Each item is charged separately, and will be added to the price of the item in the cart.  

There will be no tax charged on Gift Wrapping Services. 

Please bear in mind that not all items can be gift wrapped.

Each recycled and recylable box is wrapped carefully and adorned with a hand-tied bow as well as including a
complimentary gift message on a handcrafted card sent along with your gift.

You gift note may be added in the “Order Notes” in the Shipping Address portion of your check out.
We would appreciate it if the note was kept to 100 characters or less, thank you ever so much!

Exchanges & Returns

What Is Your Return Policy?

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund.

Shimmerlings, Inc.® purchases are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment, including taxes.  Shipping shall not be refunded, nor will shipping of a new product be covered.

Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle.

How Do I Return An Item?

Contact Shimmerlings for a Return Authorization number, then complete the return form on the back of the invoice/packing slip. This will help us process the request quickly and correctly. Please fill in the form completely and please provide the information about the reason for return.

Package the items securely and include the packing slip (or a copy) that was received with your order as well as the RA#. Seal the package properly for shipment.

Use which ever delivery method preferred, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest that insurance and a tracking service be added to your return in case of a missing package; as Shimmerlings will not reimburse for merchandise lost in transit.

Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns or any packages shipped C.O.D.

Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2 to 10 days to be refunded once we receive them. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your credit card billing statement within one billing cycle.

How Do I Return A Gift?

Gift returns are simple, and are always handled in a discreet manner. Please follow the return information listed and note on your order paperwork that the item was a gift.

We will have to verify the original purchase prior to the exchange or refund, therefore if there is no packing slip available, we will require the gift giver’s name to look up the initial order.

You may exchange for other items on the site or we will mail you a gift certificate for the price of the gift, whichever you prefer.

Package the items securely and include the packing slip received with your order if you have it. Also indicate the reason for the return and your current address and phone number. This will ensure an accurate refund/exchange.

Use which ever delivery method you prefer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please add insurance or tracking to your return in case of a missing package.

Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2 to 10 days to be refunded once we receive them.
